Infant Classroom

In the Infant Room, it is our main priority to ensure that your infant grows up with the nurture and care that each child needs. Throughout the year, our classroom works with a new theme each month, and creates activities based on that theme to target their cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language development.

Our daily routine incorporates both the infants and the classrooms general schedule. Our class takes morning walks and they get to run outside on our play yard. We use Frog Street Curriculum to introduce a theme every month. We have activity time, music and movement, and circle time. We incorporate Bible story time and we sing Bible songs daily. We teach the children how to play harmoniously through our play-based activities.

Each parent can travel alongside their infant through our Brightwheel app, where we post pictures, videos, and much more! The Brightwheel App is a great tool to stay in communication with us teachers throughout the day and the administrative staff. You will also be using the Brightwheel App to sign your child in and out each day. Keeping the lines of communication open with you is very important to us here at Refinery Preschool.
