Infant Classroom

In the Infant Room, it is our main priority to ensure that your infant grows up with the nurture and care that each child needs. Throughout the year, our classroom works with a new theme each month, and creates activities based on that theme to target their cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language development.

Our daily routine incorporates both the infants and the classrooms general schedule. Our class takes morning walks and they get to run outside on our play yard. To introduce a new theme each month, we utilize the Frog Street Curriculum. Activities such as music and movement, circle time, and more enrich our days. Bible stories and daily singing of Bible songs are integral parts of our program. Through our play-based activities, we also teach the children to play harmoniously.

Each parent can travel alongside their infant through our Brightwheel app, where we post pictures, videos, and much more! The Brightwheel App is a great tool to stay in communication with us teachers throughout the day and the administrative staff. You will also be using the Brightwheel App to sign your child in and out each day. Keeping the lines of communication open with you is very important to us here at Refinery Preschool.
