Teacher's Assistant
I’m a teacher’s assistant here at Refinery Preschool. I have 6 years of teaching experience. Prior to working here I worked as an instructional assistant for special needs children, a behavior technician for children with autism, and a coach/ group leader for an after school program. Teaching is a work of heart, and I am very passionate about helping children learn and grow. Currently I’m working on my Bachelors degree in special education. A little bit about me, I played sports since the age of six and I was able to become a student athlete at East Los Angeles College where I received my Associates degree. In my spare time I enjoy attending sporting events, comedy shows, traveling, interior decorating, and live music. I feel blessed to be part of Refinery Preschool and grateful to have the opportunity to be part of your child’s early childhood education.
